Quote, Accounts and Passwords
When a quote for the BillHub services is produced, a telephone number can be provided. This telephone number is not required, but by providing it you are agreeing to let us contact you regarding your quote.
Each user of our service is required to create an online account with us. You are responsible for keeping the information in the account confidential, including the account password, and for any activity that is done under that account.
You agree to inform us of any unauthorised use of the account, or any other security breach.
You agree to not use anyone else’s account and password at any point unless they have explicitly given you permission to do so. BillHub is not liable for any losses or damages from a users failure to abide by these conditions.
Your personal information and modifying it
Upon signup of our service you are required to create an online account with us. All information provided to us must be correct to the best of your knowledge. If you have provided us with incorrect information (incorrectly typed or otherwise) we provide you with the ability to edit nearly all your information on your account settings page.
It is your responsibility to ensure the data provided to us is completely correct.

The Site contains links to other associated third-party web sites (“External Sites”). These External Sites are provided as convenience. External Sites are not controlled, monitored or regulated by BillHub and we do not condone or endorse External Sites content.
We encourage you to be aware when leaving our site and to read the terms and conditions of such External Sites. You need to make your own judgement when interacting with these External Sites.
All logos, music, video, photos, text, design, structure, and user interfaces processes (“Content”) on this Site are owned or licenced to BillHub, and is protected by, but not limited to, copyright and intellectual property rights.
No part of the Site or Content can be copied, reworked, or misrepresented in any way. Downloadable materials purposely provided for downloading (such as brochures, press pack and similar materials) from the Site can be redistributed freely but must not be altered in any way.
The Site employs a 256-bit encryption Secure Socket Layer. However, by using the Site you acknowledge and accept that Internet transmissions are never 100% secure. More so, you acknowledge and accept that any piece of information sent to the Site could be intercepted by others, even if it has been encrypted.

Information on the Site is provided on an “as is” basis. There is no guarantee that the information contained on this site is 100% complete or truthful, due to grammatical errors or otherwise. Under no circumstances will BillHub be liable in any way for any misunderstanding, losses or damages, direct or not, expect where prohibited by law, from the use of the Site.
Local Laws and General
The laws of England, Wales and Scotland only (excluding Northern Ireland) govern these terms and conditions. By accessing the Site you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply.
Any feedback provided by you shall be deemed to be non-confidential unless explicitly stated. BillHub shall be free to use the information in any means.
